Andrew Dakers the Lib Dem Prospective MP for Brentford and Isleworth has offered his condolences to Polish residents following the tragic loss of the Polish President, Lech Kaczynski, and other Polish leaders in an plane crash in Russia.
Andrew Dakers said:
"My heart goes out to local Polish residents in London Borough of Hounslow today. As the Polish prime minister has said, this is the greatest peacetime tragedy to befall their country.
"Losing their country's president, Lech Kaczynski, the deputy foreign minister, the governor of the central bank, senators, MPs and the commander of the navy is a tragedy beyond belief. The nation is in our hopes and prayers as it mourns their loss and then starts the slow process of recovery and planning new elections in these horrendous circumstances.
"I will be visiting the Polish Federation of Great Britain in Hammersmith in the coming days to add my name to the book of remembrance."
