Over 20 million working people will be better off next year after Liberal Democrats in the Coalition Government delivered the biggest ever increase in the income tax personal allowance in the Budget.
The massive £3.5bn tax cut for working people delivers:

Liberal Democrat Leader Nick Clegg used his speech to the Party's Spring conference in NewcastleGateshead to call for the forthcoming budget to be a "budget for fairness" and pledged that it would help working familes.
The Deputy Prime Minister pledged that by 2015 Britain would have seen an end to control orders, the first gay marriages and the first elections to the House of Lords.

Fairer taxes, promoting green jobs, protecting your civil liberties - these are just some of the achievements of the Liberal Democrats in government.
We're building a freer, greener and more liberal country - and stopping some of the worst excesses of the Conservatives. Find out more in this infographic.

Roger Crouch, Liberal Democrat candidate for the Feltham & Heston by-election and neighbouring Twickenham MP Vince Cable have welcomed news that graze.com is planning to more than triple its work force in the next 2-3 years.
One of the UK's fastest growing food company's, graze.com was launched in 2009 and now employs almost 200 people, 135 at its production site in Feltham.

Hornsey and Wood Green Lib Dem MP Lynne Featherstone has backed Feltham & Heston by-election candidate Roger Crouch's campaign to end the drop off rip off outside Feltham station on New Road.
Lynne joined Roger meeting commuters at the station on Wednesday morning (7th December 2011) to launch a transport survey and hear what issues and concerns local residents are worried about.
Local Campaigners supported by Lib Dem GLA Leader Caroline Pidgeon are claiming the local council is 'ripping off' residents who use a bus stand on New Road to pick up or drop off train passengers.
Figures revealed that since cameras had been installed 7,119 penalty charge notices had been issued to drivers stopping at the bus stand, raising £337,724 for the council.
Lib Dem candidate Roger Crouch said:
"Feltham station needs proper facilities so passengers can be dropped off and picked up.
"I would urge people to support the local campaign calling on Boris Johnson and Transport for London to work with Hounslow Council to set up a three minute drop off window for residents using the station."
Lynne Featherstone MP added:
"Roger will be a strong local voice for the people of Feltham and Heston and will speak up on the issues they care about such as the need for drop off facilities at the station."
